THE LILY PERFORMANCE ACADEMY ANNIVERSARY DAY
It’s been a year since the launch of our Lily Performance Academy (LPA); our dedicated online platform which is there to support our employees learn about the business improving their knowledge and skill set. The platform is there to provide our team the means to be as successful as they want to be, it’s powered by the BKSM Personal Success Model.
To celebrate our one year anniversary, we decided to use the day to remember our personal and company successes that we have achieved in the last 12 months.

Our MD, Chris Morrisey held an important business update that we all tuned in to through Facebook Live, and shared the achievements of each department and our business as a whole to motivate us to keep pushing harder and to recognise our colleagues for their hard work.
To make the day even more memorable, we set out a challenge to our staff to dress up as their inspirational role models! From athletes, to relatives and even entrepreneurs along the way, it was fantastic seeing how everyone is looking up to a variety of different people who all shared one thing, becoming a success from hard work.
We also set out a talent competition, where the Lily family could share any talents they have, and we were surprised to see some of the things our people were able to do! Both best dressed and best talent were awarded for their efforts.
A special thank you to John Stein, Founder of the BKSM Personal Success Model and The Winning Formula® framework for working with us to help us to be the best we can be by using the model, as well the ongoing content supplied to support the development of our people.
