LILY WIN TOP APPRENTICESHIP AWARD
Lily recently picked up Best Apprenticeship Scheme at the Comms Dealer Sales & Marketing Awards. The company beat household names such as BT to be named as inaugural winners of the award at the prestigious industry event held at the Park Lane Hotel, London.
Lily have invested heavily in recruiting apprentices over the past two years, partnering with Yorkshire training companies QA Learning and Estio Training. They have developed their own in-house training scheme, Lily Academy, to provide their young employees with all the tools and skills necessary for a successful career in communications. Current and former apprentices now account for over 10% of the Lily Comms workforce.
Lily have had a highly successful few years, growing from under £1 million turnover in 2013 to a projected £6 million in 2017.
