We are a multi-award-winning business looking for a Client Services Executive to join our team. As part of recent growth, we are looking to provide a once-in-a-lifetime work experience for a Client Services Executive to join our Client Services team!
Salary: £16,000 - £20,000;
You will report to the Client Services Manager and will deal with client queries and faults. Your role will consist of taking inbound calls from clients and identifying sales opportunities that will be passed on to the Account Manager.
The role also consists of keeping track of booking appointments for the Client Relations Manager and carrying out health checks on client accounts. Logging in all calls on the CRM System, identifying new business opportunities and liaising with the operations and engineers’ departments. You should aim to provide the highest level of customer service as possible at all times.
The perfect candidate should:
- Have experience in customer service (essential!)
- Carry an ambitious, enthusiastic and professional approach to work
- Have excellent organisational and sales
- Have excellent communication and IT skills
