“Shanks Waste began working with Lily 8 years ago, when they were assigned to a Shanks project by another Shanks supplier. It became apparent during the project that Lilly were the kind of company Shanks could work with, so they were approached to become our permanent PBX and cabling supplier.
The thing which initially and has continued to impress us with Lily, is their Customer Service. We have a direct contact within Lily, however if that person is not available, whoever answers the phone will always be more than willing to help. This service extends out to the engineers as well, we have never had an engineer who only does “what’s on his job sheet”, and virtually every engineer has always gone above and beyond.
As previously mentioned, initially Shanks teamed up with Lily for the provision and installation of PBX’s and Cat 5 cabling. Due to their hard work and dedication these services have now been extended to cover Infrastructure cabling (fibre, armoured cabling), ADSL/router configuration and installation, site surveys and site installation/decommissioning.
