We are taking environmental responsibility, which is why the carbon cost of every call made through Lily Comms is offset by our partner Gamma, working alongside the CarbonNeutral Company – a world leading provider of solutions to businesses reducing their environmental impacts.
By purchasing carbon credits to offset emissions, Lily Comms, through Gamma contribute essential finance to renewable energy, forest protection and reforestation projects around the world that would not otherwise be financially viable. These projects play an important role in the mitigation of climate change.

We have drastically reduced the amount of paper that is used within the company. We now operate a no printing policy encouraging staff to share and store documents electronically through our purpose built internal network.
A paperless billing system has also been implemented into the business. Clients are now sent their bills by email and we have built an online portal where they can check their accounts at any time.
It is estimated that over the course of a year we will reduce our paper waste by around 300,000 pieces of paper, the equivalent to almost one tonne. This amount of paper saves 20 trees, 7,000 gallons of water, three cubic yards of landfill space, 60 pounds of air pollutants, and saves enough energy to power the average home for six months.
